A-Z Estate Sales , we can handle all aspects of your estate sale , everything from general household goods, cars, boats and high end antiques - A to Z and everything in between - we can handle it all! In situations where clients prefer not to have an on-site sale or do not have enough items for a traditional estate sale, we have the ability to offer you a cash buy-out on your items.
We have several years experience managing and hosting estate sales in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the surrounding areas.
We can handle everything from start to finish or custom tailor our services to meet your needs.
We work on a commission only basis , this means there is no upfront or out of pocket expenses for our clients. We also offer one of the lowest commissions in the area - 20%. In some cases where there is an extreme amount of preparation work the commission rate could be 25-30% , but we will let you know upon discussing the project and/or concluding an on site consultation.
Our standard - all inclusive service (based on our 20% commission rate) includes the following:
-Free on site consultation
-Preparing the site for the sale (cleaning and organizing, pricing and researching items for the sale, setting up the sale)
-Marketing & Advertising the sale
-Hosting a 2-3 day sale
-Coordination of removal of left over items
